Delivery

Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day leave the same day and arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery to your door is free over 35 €, and 3.99 € below that. Bikes and large items have their own rates, shown at checkout.

Collect in store

Choose a store at checkout and collect your order, free, from two hours after you buy.

Returns

You have two years to return anything, used or not, with your receipt or from your account. Bring it to a store or print a free label and drop it at a pickup point.
